The participant desires to attend a Suzanne Wing and/or Wing Hypnosis LLC Event, Program, or Session (the “Event”), and in consideration of being admitted to and allowed to participate in the Event (“Participation”), the participant agrees, understands and acknowledges that:

• The spiritual work of Suzanne Wing and Wing Hypnosis, LLC is not a physical or medical treatment and Participation should not be viewed as a substitute for proper medical, psychological or physical care provided by the participant’s physician or medical professional. Suzanne Wing and Wing Hypnosis, LLC is not a psychotherapist, counselor, hypnotherapist, or medical professional of any kind. April Olas and Quantum Journeys LLC does not handle medical or psychological emergencies and there is no diagnosis of illness or disease, nor psychological or drug treatment in her program. Suzanne Wing and Wing Hypnosis, LLC does not make any claims whatsoever, expressed or implied, regarding effects or outcomes of the analyses or services provided, and shall not be liable for the same. Participant recognizes and accepts all risks and limitations involved in seeking advice, coaching, consulting, energy work, or mentoring from Suzanne Wing and Wing Hypnosis, LLC.
   

• The activities at the Event may not be appropriate for everyone. Furthermore, the participant warrants that he/she has discussed the activities related to energy work and their appropriateness for him/her with his/her own health care professional before participating.
   

• The participant’s Participation is of his/her own volition and the participant warrants and represents to Suzanne Wing and Wing Hypnosis, LLC that he/she/they does/do not have any Mental, Physical, or Emotional conditions which would hinder participation and/or cause harm to the participant or anyone else in attendance at the Event.
   

• Participation may involve physical, emotional, and/or psychological activity.
   

• The participant understands that in the Event’s setting that Suzanne Wing, or the instructor, cannot always monitor the participant’s physical, emotional, and psychological limits, and that the participant is therefore solely responsible for assessing the risk any activity at the Event poses and choosing a safe course of action.
   

• The participant may withdraw from participation at any time by leaving the Event.
   

• In permitting the participant to undertake Participation, Suzanne Wing and Wing Hypnosis, LLC, its  owners, affiliates and employees are relying upon the undersigned’s assumption of the risks associated with Participation and the participant’s willingness to release them from any and all claims or damages arising therefrom. The participant assumes sole legal and ethical responsibility for after effects and resulting changes or shifts in mind and body in attending and participating in the event/sessions with Wing Hypnosis, LLC and Suzanne Wing.
   

NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the participant agrees to accept and assume any and all risks to his/her health and well being, including any risk of bodily injury or harm, that may arise from Participation whether such risks have been disclosed or not, and does hereby fully release and forever discharge Suzanne Wing and Wing Hypnosis, LLC, its owners, successors, affiliates, assigns, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, liabilities, losses, damages, claims or expenses whatsoever, in law or in equity, for negligence, battery or otherwise, which the participant now has or may hereafter have arising in any way out of the participant’s Participation, including, but not limited to, the participant’s participation in physical, psychological or emotional activities which may lead to a period of deep relaxation or meditative or hypnotic state at the Event.

WingHypnosis.com and Wing Hypnosis, LLC. provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or purchase events or publications at the WingHypnosis.com website you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Before you make any purchase, you must first click “I understand, acknowledge & agree to be bound by Wing Hypnosis, LLC. Terms & Conditions”.

WingHypnosis.com and Wing Hypnosis, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. All Digital products, Live Events, Programs, Sessions, and Services are non-refundable.

 

Recorded Sessions will be taken down from the transfer site 72 hours after the session. 

 

*For Digital products (downloads) you are purchasing a license agreement for a single individual’s use. Sharing digital downloads is Digital Theft, which is illegal and trackable. Please honor the energy exchange and do not share downloads with others. If you think someone you know would benefit from them, invite them to purchase their own copy.

 

Fraudulent Charge-Back Policy

You have agreed upon purchasing the policy that states that digital products and live services are non-refundable. If you issue a charge-back with your credit card company, or file a dispute with PayPal for an order that you placed with WingHypnosis.com and Wing Hypnosis, LLC you will be permanently banned from the use of the website & you will be charged a $250.00 fee upon reversal of the charge-back to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you made the purchase & that you did receive the order. It is the policy of WingHypnosis.com and Wing Hypnosis, LLC  to report all forms of PayPal, Credit & Debit Card fraud to the appropriate legal authorities, regardless of country of origin, & to prosecute individuals and/or companies that commit PayPal, Credit & Debit Card fraud by means of charge-backs, use of fraudulent PayPal, Credit & Debit Cards or other forms of fraud. WingHypnosis.com and Wing Hypnosis,LLC considers the PayPal, Credit & Debit Card charge-backs for products ordered & shipped to be prima fascia evidence of Theft. Payment of the fee under this provision shall not prevent WingHypnosis.com and Wing Hypnosis, LLC from seeking to obtain other legal remedies, both civil & criminal, including but not limited to, other expenses, damages, court costs, attorneys fee’s & statutory interest.
